Birthday Banana Bread

Today is the husband's birthday.Instead of cake or another dessert he asked for banana bread.So later this morning,I'm going to make it for him-basicly using the recipe from an earlier post.I also pulled out my bread machine.It's been up on a shelf in the laundry room for a couple of years just sitting.I had made a few loaves of bread when I first got it but then something went wrong with the last 2 loaves I tried.I think the yeast was bad.It was a hard lump and just NOT good eats! I want to make dough for homemade cinnamon rolls and maybe flatbread (think I can make a flatbread without the machine).basicly I want to play again! I always get the baking/cooking urge around fall.I just go crazy! I want to cook everything!A few weeks ago I made homemade chicken stock.It's waiting for me in the freezer so I can make a fabulous soup whenever the mood hits!I love fall!
