Pumpkin Cheesecake
8oz lowfat cream cheese (or like I use neufchatel)
1cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar (I use splenda blend)
dash of pumpkin pie spice (don't measure-I just dump in)
dash of cinnamon
8oz cool whip
ready made graham cracker pie crust
Mix well with blender--pour into graham cracker crust
and chill till firm
**this pie is a yummy tradition of my family**
